How has this new habit positively impacted your mornings? Embrace and appreciate the refreshing change. Remember, progress is progress, no matter how small.
Week 3: Celebrating Progress - Identify a goal or task you've made progress on this week, even if it's small. Perhaps you finally cleaned out that messy drawer or finished reading a book you've been putting off. How did you make it happen and how did that progress make you feel? Celebrate the wins, no matter how big or small they are. Because every step forward is a step in the right direction.
Week 4: Appreciating Self-Care - Jot down a self-care moment you managed to have this week. Maybe you chose to meditate for a few minutes or treated yourself to a skincare routine. How did it make you feel? Let's ensure we put ourselves first regularly. Remember, self-care isn't selfish. It's necessary.
Bonus Prompt: Acknowledging Support Systems - Reflect on a person or a group that has supported you this past month. Perhaps a friend helped you with a task, or this community offered you encouragement when you needed it. How have they positively impacted your journey?
