Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order ship? Current processing time (the time it takes to print, cut, and package orders) is shown at the very top of our site on the blue bar. Exceptions are preorders/presale and orders placed during a Collab/Group Sale Event.

Preorder/presale items have a processing time or start to ship date given in their respective item descriptions. Preorder/presale items have the designation "preorder" or "presale" at the beginning of their product title. 

Orders placed during a Collab/Group Sale Event will be processed within 2-3 weeks. 

Processing time is the time it takes to print, cut and package orders.

Cancellations: You can request a cancellation to an order within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours the order cannot be canceled or refunded. During Collab/Group Sale Events, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refund and Return Policy Due to the nature of the items we do not accept returns or refunds. If you are not satisfied with your order or there is an issue please contact us. Situations are treated on a case-by-case base.

I don't have a PayPal account, can I still purchase? Yes, you can purchase without ever leaving our site. Enter your credit or debit card information on the payment page of Your order will be placed and your payment processed. You do not need a PayPal account nor do you need to leave to complete your order.

Coupon Codes Only one coupon code can be used per order, unless otherwise stated. Coupon codes must be entered in the coupon box at checkout. Discounts can't be applied after you have placed your order. Coupon codes can't be combined with other coupons/discount codes, shop credit codes, sales, promotions or discounted items. Exclusions apply.

PR Girl Codes Only one PR Girl code can be used per order. Code must be entered in the coupon box at checkout. PR Girl codes can't be applied after you have placed your order. Codes can't be combined with other coupons/discount codes, shop credit codes, sales, promotions or discounted items. PR Girl codes are only valid on Exclusions apply.

Can I request a custom design? No, at this time we are not taking custom orders. However, we love to hear ideas from our customers. You are welcome to send design suggestions.

Can you combine my orders? No. Due to the volume of sales, we are unable to combine orders.

Shipping Policy Please make sure you enter your address correctly when placing your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect address entered by the customer can be reshipped, but the customer will be responsible for shipping fees.

How Will My Order Ship? Orders are placed in clear cellophane bags and then placed in a rigid mailer to protect from moisture and bending. Orders too large for a rigid mailer will be shipped in a mailer box. Orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail.

Customs and import taxes Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

SBR Rewards Club
To receive Sticker Bucks, you must first join our SBR Rewards Club. Before you place an order(s) or start any task that will earn you Sticker Bucks, you must log into your account using the same email you used when you first created your SBR Rewards account.

Sticker Bucks are not rewarded on taxes or shipping fees.

Sticker Bucks are only valid on and cannot be combined with other coupon codes, sales or promotional offers.

Sticker Bucks are nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
